It's easy for stars of your summer picnic to bask in the
spotlight, but it's the supporting cast that really makes an outdoor dining experience unforgettable. Creative side dishes by Provence Catering are the key to any successful summertime barbecue bash and this past weekend we enjoyed some of the best. Chef Greg, a guilty club connoisseur, was exceptional as usual. His Texas style cole slaw, Pommeray Potato Salad and top secret macaroni salad were perfectly seasoned and just amazing. It's always a moment of guilty goodness when the cole slaw and the barbecue sauce come together for a delicious duet in your mouth. That guilty pleasure performance is a real showstopper.
