We spend so much of our time giving to our spouses, living for our children, cheering for our good friends and in many cases, our colleagues. That is the way it should be. More importantly, that selfless attitude is how relationships of all kind truly thrive. Giving from the heart and rooting from the soul is a wonderful guilty pleasure that transcends generations, reduces wrinkles and prevents frown lines.


Everyone needs to spoil themselves a little more each day. Not in a selfish, piggy fashion, but in a "be very good to one's ownself" way. That unwavering mantra is always repeated by members of the Guilty Pleasures Club.
That and keep giving to others. Like I said, it's a guiltorious mixed message.
